Fantastic location to walk to the excellent restaurants in Cabris. The house itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. The ac was appreciated in the very warm weather and the pool was beautiful. We really enjoyed the terrace that is very spacious.

The villa is beautifully presented and very spacious. There was ample seating both inside and outside the villa that was spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were already a good size. Our bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning just right. The pool was great and facing south allowing us the sun all day long. The gardens were expanded and contained a trampoline and swings for guests with children. A new separate gym has been added, which again was of very high quality with weights, rowing machines and other equipment for those energetic guests. My husband wanted to use it a few times and thought it was excellent. The villa offers secure parking and is very quiet. It is close to the tennis center so sometimes a game of tennis can be heard, which I found exhausting while lying on my solarium! ! ! The villa is a five minute walk from Cabris, which is a delightful hilltop village that has five restaurants, priced differently, but all very good. My husband and I stayed in many villas in the south of France, but thought this was certainly one of the best.
